My mother stomach get bloat every night , even she does not eat any fast food. she just normal home made food but now most of the time she just face this problem. she also taking psyllium husk with warm milk at morning before breakfast.
she already taking some pills for this
1. Razodex (60 mg) before breakfast 2. ITP (50 mg) 3. Crafilm ( for swelling or inflammation )
Is psyllium husk is sufficient at night before bedtime for this condition ?
what should be eat to get rid this bloatedness of stomach ?

And do regular morning and evening walk after food

thank you so much doctor for your response.Weight of my Mother is round about 75 kg. she didn't drink water soon after food usually. she also done at-least 1 hour walk before bedtime.

get an ultrasound abdomen and yes husk is beneficial for these conditions
use itp 50mg twice a day
