Talk to Gastroenterologist on Fatty Liver

So are you as diagnosed by fatty liver investor of July and my liver function was perfectly fine and but the alkaline phosphate was 128 and when they perform CT scan it come up I have a fatty liver so it's it's one month and twenty days I'm on. I'm just eating veggies and fruits and grilled chicken sometime. And I don't have any pain in my joints and everything is perfect but sometime in my stool I have yellow lump ??what is it?? Is it normall or what should i do
