Talk to Gastroenterologist on Fibroid /Subserosal

I'm feeling pain in lower abdomen from past 2 years. and consult doctor of valley hospital abbotabad and she said its fabroid of 9mm and she wrote for surgery . later on went to doctor in Islamabad (al shifa) and he said fabroid of 5mm and he recommended to take medicines but dont went for surgery. I'm not having much bleeding, its normal as monthly cycle but I'm having severe pain in lower abdomen. please suggest me some medicine
