fiver started 4 days ago 3 days ago i started feeling upset stomach i ignored that it maybe because of fiver now condition is fiver symtoms are quite less but nausia and vomiting is getting severe secondly when i walk or cough i feel stress and pain on stomach it also feels like its swellonen i am unable to eat anything today even drinking water is causing issue my urine color is like i am suffering from severe dehydration but i cant drink enough water as i start vomiting
