Flautlence Issue

Question

Aoa .I am 19 years old. I am facing flautlence /gas issue on left side of belly or in stomach from almost 2 days....I have also taken carom seeds and mint ( water) , lasi and acical tablets(2) as home that, i am facing gas issue. So plzz tell me what should i do know??
