Asking For Self, Male 21, Bahrain
Dear Doctor,
I am following up regarding a health issue I experienced about two months ago. At the time, I was dealing with constipation, rectal pain, and stomach pain for about five days. I visited a doctor in a hospital and he prescribed Duphalac syrup and Pantor 40mg tablets, which I took for two weeks as instructed.
After using the medications, my symptoms improved significantly. However, I’ve recently started wondering if I’m still experiencing mild constipation. Specifically:
I typically poop once a day, only in the morning.
I’m unsure if this frequency is normal or a sign of lingering constipation.
I don’t currently have significant pain or discomfort, but I feel uncertain about whether my digestion is fully normal.
Is it normal to have bowel movements just once a day? Could this indicate ongoing constipation? Should I be concerned or make changes to my diet/lifestyle?
Thank you for your time and guidance.
Best regards,
