Talk to Gastroenterologist on Frequent Diarrhea

I am having Diarrhea issue for around 2 months. Most of the time the stool is so soft that it becomes difficult to pass out. Hardly 1 or 2 days of a week i have fine stool, while rest of the days either i have soft stool or loose motion. sometimes, i take Smacta or Flygil but it only help for few hour and just delay the occurrence of motion or stool.

Now i am having pain on kidney sides. I know continued diarrhea could turn into Acute renal failure but i haven't done lab test yet.

kindly suggest me medicine or the treatment. It would be appreciated if you could recommend inexpensive treatment.
