Thanks for sharing the reports of ur father. Yes the reports have a lot to be discussed. And a detailed history is required before taking any steps to management. Does he also have urinary issues at night or daytime? nausea? vomiting? right upper tummy pain ?does this pain go to the back ? Any known past medical conditions ?

Oh okay, plz be careful if he has pain. He needs to follow a specific diet pattern and can use some medications for pain. Whenever fall stones are associated with recurrent pain, there’s a danger of rupture of gall bladder. His liver enzymes are also raised and need further testing and may book an online appointment for detailed consultation.

Hello. First of all gall bladder stones is small to cause pain. The rest of reports seems fine except some elevation of GGT that is expected to rise inf fatty liver disease.
Now with such a age of 73, any pain has to be looked very carefully. Because this can be secondary to as simple as peptic ulcer disease, vs. some serious conditions such as pancreatic, stomach tumors. Plus another commonly overlooked condition is mesenteric ishcemia which is loss of blood supply of the intestinal loops.
I recommend you to get him seen for a in person consultation to me, if he is resident of karachi, or to near by gastroenterologist.
It would be helpful if you could provide more history regarding his problem, may be via video consultation, as we can at least establish the possibile underlying cause of symotoms, and can recommend him some target investigation.

you can use below link to reach out me.
