Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gallbladder Polyp , Fatty Liver

My father is suffering from severe stomach pain. They have a problem with shortness of breath when they they sit down, their stomachs come to their mouths. About 7 weeks ago there was pain in the abdominal area which was also in the stomach area. The pain was very severe so we had to take him to the emergency room. And there is the issue of coughing. please answer me
