I'm having slight pain on the left side of my stomach by pressing this part it becomes severe. It feels like there is lots of gas inside my belly and not releasing . Sometimes it releases but not on its own I have to push it to get it out. That's quite difficult and irritating and painful too. I also sometimes have constipation issues but at the moment this pain on the left side and gas inside my belly is really bothering me. Any suggestions why I'm having this?
