Mai over weight hu aur just belly fats hai overall body per fats nhi hai.Kch month se mjhe kbhi constipation ho jati hai aur kbhi type 4-6 stool type pass hone lag jate hai aur khud hi theak ho jate without any treatment . 1 -2 day ka process hota hai aur jab so kr uthta hu to bht xyada Gas feel hoti hai even mia 7-8 PM dinner kr leta hu.

Belly fats k liye mia ne diet plan follow krna shuru kya hai aur water ki quantity increase ki hia to mjhe bht xyada urnine ane lg gaya hai 1 glass pi kr mjhe 2-3 time urine krna parta hia her thore time bad .

Mai ne FBS,Complete Urine Examination Test, Lipid Profile Test bhi kraya hia jo normal lag raha .
