Dear for decreasing your weight, decreases intake of roti,rice, potato, donot add sugar to tea/coffee/green tea. Start exercise make a target of atleast 150minutes per plenty of water and donot drink after meals. Always leave a bit of hunger in every meal. These are some basic things u can doake it a routine and see results over the span of three months. For Gas problems u need to consult a doctor it is not possible to guide u via an online comment.
