I was sick on Monday, had a sharp pain in my stomach, only took shake which I vomited, and went to Dr in Shalimar hospital. they said I have stomach issue. abdominal pain with gastritis was written on prescription. the pain is not that intense now but whenever I feel like I want to poop , I end up only passing gas. what to do? I am worried.
