Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gasterological

My gastroenterologist has recommended some medicines after use of 1 day, I feel bloating, mouth blisters (began emerging although slight until now), & loose stools. Is it normal or there's a need of change in medicine?

P.S I can't take many antibiotics (they cause diarrhoea & other disorders) and consultation isn't possible until next 15 days. Please suggest me what can I do?

The medicines prescribed are: 1. Ecotec 1 + 1 + 1 2. Ispaghol 0 + 0 + 1 tsp 3. Meberer 200 mg 1 + 0 + 1 ( before meals) 4. Librax 0 + 0 + 1 5. Ruling 20 mg 1 + 0 + 0 ( before meal)
