Its been around two months that my stomach swells and fills up with gas and then after a week or two weeks I experience very acidic vomiting with loads of gas bubbles and yellow bitter acid, although I take just one meal a day I feel quite full and gaining weight. I am taking Gaviscon syrup and sometimes skilax drops too on a recommendation of my gynecologist but nothing appears to work for me. My stomach sometimes swells to the extent that I can't even walk properly.

you probably have motility disorder. your gastric emptying time and gut transit time is long, you may try a motility agent 30 minutes prior to your lunch/breakfast/dinner, this might help. for instance Tab METOMIDE 10mg
