Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastritis And Acid Reflux

i am heaving symptoms like dizzyness, pain between shoulders at the back, weight loss of 8 kg, i went under endoscopy and diagnosed with chronic gastritis but not due to H pyroli, i am taking 80 mg of pantoprazol from last two months but things are not improving, i feel weakness and also hairfall, indigestion is also happening as i am producing less stool then usual, please guide, thanks in advance.
