Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastro And Stomach

In oct 2017 pain and burning started in my stomach for which my gp gave me gas medicine. After 2 weeks i started getting fatigue, weakeness, blurrness etc after analyzing by the specialist by conducting all the tests which includes cbc, chest xray hiv, tyhroid, kidney, liver test etc he suggested endoscopy & colonscopy. After doing the endoscopy & colonscopy done in jan 2018 hpylori was detected, was given ppi & pylera for 10 days. Treated for hpylori. after 2 months breathing test was also conducted (negative) However, i am still facing weakeness, severe fatigue, brain fog, memory problem, blurrness, stomach pain & i am sleeping 20 hrs a day still feeling weakeness. After talking to the specialist again i was given vitamin b12, vitmain b complex with calcium, vitamin d & probitoics. However i am taking these since last 1.5 months regularly still i am having the same issue to date & it has been 8 months now i am starting to get worried. Can it be due to good ba
