Asslam o Alikum Dear Doctors. mujhe ko 7 month se pata nahi kiya problem hai. hota kuch aese hai k boht ziyada dakaar aatay hein.mouth se boht ziyada air release hoti hai. kabhi kabhi dakaar na aye tu dil ko boht ziyada ghabrahat hoti hai.aesa lagta hai jese abhi kuch ho Jaye ga ...lekin jese hi dakaar ah jaein ge bilkul normal ho jaoon ga jese kuch tha hi nahi. main ne medicine bhi use ki hein Aciloc40 , Hymox500mg etc. upper endoscopy b hui hai lekin mujh ko araam nahi ah raha please 🙠Mera ilaj karein .

waalikum aslaam Doctor,
yes I have weight loss frequently within 2 months up to 15 kg.
before problem start my weight was 80 kg.
after problem 65 kg only.
H philory test was negitive.
blood pressure was sudnely increased when this problem was started. first of all I was go to heart specialist they have done ECG which was normal.
then he referred to me gestronolgist.
Sugar is normal.
I have use much pre medicine for acidity also but no any benefit.
too much air (dakaar)coming from my mouth
please help me I am in high stress about my problem.

do u have stressful life style?
any smoking drinking extra coffee or tea?
at what you eat your dinner?

Never I am not taking any blood pressure medicine.
yes I have stressful life when this problem started.
That time I was not eating just take tea with biscuits during 12 hours.
