Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastroenterology

Doctors, about a week ago I had abdominal pain because of something I ate. No loose stool, no vomit. I went to the pharmacy and he gave me Spasfon tablet, I had 2 tablets and the pain was nearly gone. A day later I went to the local clinic to get complete checkup. Doctor said by checking my large intestine is swollen and he prescribed medications.Now, as per the instructions, I took the medication as prescribed. I feel better now but my question is, My Urine is dark yellow although I keep my self well hydrated since I started taking medicine. I drank more water than usual today just to see if there are any changes in the colour and yes there was. It became near to normal yellow colour but again after two urine trips got back to dark yellow. Is the urine dark yellow because of all the medication? If yes then how long will it take to get it back to normal?? Also after taking the medication I feel that the output is also less compared to when I didn't take any Medication. I have sto
