I had an infection in uterus and was on antibiotic for 7 days during which I developed constipation. I Had started pain in lower left abdomen and would poop little pieces with mucus and frequent urination. My anal area was sore and would bleed on finger only not in potty. I then started husk and laxatives which then I started having diarrhoea . Went to emergency yesterday because of pin increase and the thought it’s Likely IBS. Can you please tell me if my X-ray report tells anything?

it's better to get an ultrasound abdomen followed by detailed examination
Well the X Ray report may or may not be significant based on your symptoms, their duration. It can be infection or inflammatory bowel disease. What tests should i get done for the infection? My esr crp and wbc were normal so they discharged me and wrote prescription for buscopan movicol and stool softener. Most likely ibs, further evolution by colonoscopy.
