Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastroentrolgoist

I got sudden dull burning pain on right side of abdomen about 2cm of umblicus 5 months releiving factors but more in lying and early morning.. no diarhea and constipation.. ultrssound abdomen pelvis done normal Ct done normal.. cbc normal lfts normal.. h pylori for stool was treatment for 14 days.. tablet amoxill 500mg 2 klarcid 500 mg 1 Bd 40 mg 1Od, librax 1 Od took for a month then switched off for 10 days and repeated h pylori for stool which is now negative.. but still burining fix pain on right side of abdomen. Last for 30 minutes or a day.. some time pain free for a day. When i wake up early morning it is panic. Please suggest me any thing.. now taking dexo 30mg tablet 1 od since 14 days. Pain little improved with dexo but still not fine and tablet librax 1 Od for 3 months.. always pain present in early time fever with pain
