Constant and overlooked constipation because of stress and fatigue transitioned into irregular bowel moments and ultimately now I feel I've got hemorrhoids stage 2 (as googled). Small polips protruding out till late after bowel. In a profession where I can't declare it till I'm sure (because it'll deem me unfit for long), I seek an advice so as to treat it unofficially and without any surgery involved. Any help in this regard will be appreciated. Regards.

Just ispaghol and more fibre in diet, increased water intake. Constipation is gone but can feel polips after passing stool. There's no blood now but polips aren't going away. Should I post a picture (and don't know how to attach it in the comments section) for better analysis. Just don't want a surgery as it will severely affect my profession sir.

We need to see it first that what exactly is the issue. Accordingly it will be decided that whether medical treatment will help or only surgery is the solution. Inspection of the area will decide
