I am unmarried. Since past one to two months my stomach is swollen. it's swollen below the ribcage till naval area. It hurts only at times. I have a history of stomach ulcer and my endoscopy revealed that stomach opening is lose and the opening to the intestine is tight. I got endoscopy done twice in past two years and the result was the same. H. Pylori has been detected time and again. I am mostly on liquid diet since ramadan started almost drink 3 litres of water and lemon water without sugar. Eat only at sehri that too boiled egg sandwich in multigrain bread. I am not eating anything oily or fizzy . I am also not losing any weight.
Kindly tell me what should I do to reduce the swelling?

Do u have any ultrasound report
Could u make it convinent to visit so that proper history and examination is done without it would be difficult to devise the medication
Please start some prokinetic like syp motilium before meals
Can you tell with what test H pylori was detected ?

I am not taking any medications currently. I will visit a gastroenterologist but after Ramadan.
The doctor had prescribed inhibitol, librax and colospas syrup on my last visit which was more than a year ago. He said I will have to keep taking these medications for long term like permanently. I did take them for six months but then the doctor said that I can try and see what happens after stopping these medications. I have been alright for a year now until now. It doesn't hurt but it's a lot of swelling.
Three four months back I did take prebiotics for 2 months. Probiotics for four months. But since the increase in dollar rates supplements have become really expensive.

Kindly take Fibre diet and increase your water Intake till your visit to a gastroenterologist till then Donot Take medication on your own and before coming get an ultrasound abdomen done
