I had my first Panic Attack in June 2016 and in September I was diagnosed with GERD, panic & anxiety attack disorder. It has been downhill ever since, both mental and physical health.
A few months later I was diagnosed with Hemorrhoids and another doctor said it was a fissure. Both of them did not examine the area, they just guessed it. Prescribed some laxative and a cream to relieve the pain. But it has been over 2 years and the problem is still there. It's normally a 10-day cycle, the first day is extremely painful, I feel like passing something extremely sharp. Some bubble like mass sticks out of the anus while passing the stool. Often the pain remains even after using the toilet, sometimes for hours. I can't even sit because of it.
The intensity starts going down, the mass disappears on the 3rd day, the pain starts to fade and the final two days are like I've no problem at all. And then it starts all over again. I've spotted fresh blood drops last year. And reddish spots

I had my first Panic Attack 3 years ago. I was diagnosed with GERD, panic & anxiety attack disorder.
It has been like this for years. I've spotted fresh blood drops last year. And reddish spots on the stool just twice during this time. Sometimes I feel a sharp pain in the anus and the lower left side of my abdomen, totally different spots but the pain is similar and synchronized.
I feel like my body is shutting down. Every week there is a new problem. Throbbing pains across the body, feeling dizzy (for last 4 days) and a lot more.
I plan to see Dr Salman Javed in person.
Dear patient.
Your anal area should be examined.
Symptoms are likely to be fissure and hemorrhoids both.
You must get rid of this problem. Already facing it since long
