Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gluten Intolerance

Past few time I had leaky gut like having diarrhoea always every other day and loose motion with constipation on and off doctors diagnosed me with IBD and gave me gluten test the test was negative ( before I already left eating gluten on my own according to the symptoms ) …I now no longer eat gluten and my I’m okay now no diarrhoea now .. but the issue is my gluten is no diagnosed yet since when the test was performed I already left having gluten before and test was obviously comes negative … but now I want to take test of my intolerance again but I heard the doctors abroad takes test of the patient ( making them eat gluten anyways ) and than test them to see if they are intolerant or not ….. so I don’t know if test like this is performed in Pakistan too because they just take normal gluten test and do endoscopy whatsoever ….let me know if there is any test like this and how much hours before a patient eats gluten and than give blood samples to test it
