yes...it has nothing to do with age...if there is no other health related issue like kidney disease then use it...with these medication she can have diarrhea stomach upset bt that will be relieved once course of antibiotic will b.completed.

H pylori is a chronic stomach health issue which cause stomach ulcer if left untreated.

She is 70+, i think she needs thorough examination along with complete Hx, and ultrasound examination as well, just on the basis of H pylori report, we can not start a treatment, though there is no harm in starting eradication treatment.
