Talk to Gastroenterologist on H Pylori After Treatment

my Question to Gastro doctors.

I had GERD, lower stomah pain and loss of apetite. I was suggested UBT which came positive, My doctor assigned me 10days course of Antibiotics

Ospamox 1000mg(1+1) Leflox 500mg(1+1) Esso40(1+1)

Now, from last three weeks my course has ended and I am feeling 90% normal. just i feel full for long time(8-9 hours) after consuming wheat food and intolerance to dairy and a little bloating and gas buildup.

Note: I am keeping very good control on diet and lifestyle

Questions:

Will above symptoms get back to normal on its own or do i need more medication?

Are Antibiotics enough to kill and counter effects of bacteria or there are some post therapy medicine?
