H-Pylori Case For Dr. Mehreen Zaman Niazi

I just saw a shared video of Dr. Mehreen Niazi (Gastroenterologist). Wanted to ask that I was diagnosed with H-Pylori almost a yeat ago. And have taken two times with different doctors full H-Pylori courses but the situation is not getting better or else its getting worse. Constant pain in lower left side of abdomen and severe burning in chest. Kindly suggest me tests I should take before booking an appointment with you for consultation.

Dear It is possible that you may not require any tests. Since you already had two courses of anti HP therapy it is less likely that you have the same. Your symptoms seems due to acid reflux or GERD. I recommned you to book a video consultation or meet me in person as diagnosis can be established before suggesting any unneccessary investigation. if you really want to do then just get stool for H pylori antigen
