Talk to Gastroenterologist on H Pylori (IgG+IgA) Positive Since 7th Months

I have above said problem since 7th months. I have Taken Azitma 500mg along with amoxil 500mg for 15 days for initial cure after that I stopped the medication and avoid to eat unnecessary things. nowadays I'm facing severe stomach problem due to that facing difficulty during Poo. Poo khul kr nhi ati and sometimes pain ki Waja se thori bleeding b ati poo se. please suggest and recommend any medicine which I take regularly and feel better
