Talk to Gastroenterologist on H. Pylori Infection Postive

3 months back sudden dull pain on right side of abdomdn 2 finger away from umblicus. It was severe burning type. Took novidate 500mg bd for 5 day and pain releived little bit.. but no such improvemnt... then done a ultrasound abdm nd pelvis which was and cbc normal... h pylori test for blood and stool done both postive.. took h pylori treatmnt for 2 weeks.. medicines 2 cap amoxill 500mg bd .. 1 cap kalarcid 500mg bd.. tab librax 1 od cap esso 40mg 1 od.. took for 2 weeks and esso librax continued up to 4 little bit improved during treatmnt of 14 days but after course complted same pain occur no improvemnt... pain mostly occur when wake up early morning only burning in same point localized.. some time stay for 30 minute some time for a day.. but it is bearable pain.. when walk pain decreased.. now i am stressed as i have completed my h pylori treatmnt but why i am not ok.. no vomiting no blood in stool no diarhea no constipation no weight l
