I have few questions to ask 1. Does H Pylori cause diarrhea? 2. My H pylori Blood test is -ve but urea breath test is +ve, I had severe diarrhea from last 2 months, why blood test is showing -ve? 3. I have H Pylori but I don't have any pain or any other symptoms just diarrhea.
You should spare some time and visit for upper Gi endoscopy and biopsies and final treatment according to biopsy report
