H Pylori Symptoms

Question

I have few questions to ask
1. Does H Pylori cause diarrhea?
2. My H pylori Blood test is -ve but urea breath test is +ve, I had severe diarrhea from last 2 months, why blood test is showing -ve?
3. I have H Pylori but I don\'t have any pain or any other symptoms just diarrhea.

You should spare some time and visit for upper Gi endoscopy and biopsies and final treatment according to biopsy report

if UBT is positive then needs treatment
needs detail history of diarrhea then will guide you accordingly
