Talk to Gastroenterologist on Hard Stool

my father has old stool hardness issue(kabz). last march he got accident and leg was fractured as he came to bed due to this the stool problem get worst and attacked by bawasir. we arrange operation for bawaseer but stool hardness still getting worst. now the fracture is ok but he got weak and he cannot stand and walk. he is still on bed. we are making (neema) after 3 or 4 days to get stool. when we did neema 1 or 2 days he looks fresh but 3rd or 4th day pain is starting the we call the doctor for neema again. we change many doctors but in vain. please give u any suggetion or we can visit you.
