Talk to Gastroenterologist on Heavy Head Due To Stomach

My head is heavy from last 50 days due to stomach problem. It also gets warm for a while, I was suffering from acidity and my stomach was heated really bad at same time. My urine and stool smells like acidic in start and black stool 2 to 3 times. I've lost 4 kg weight. I feel inflammation in my skin just for 3 to 4 seconds but () is negative and LFT and CBC was also normal. the thing is my head why is it heavy why I feel like drugged plz tell me. It would be a sincere pleasure to hear back soon. Thank you
