Talk to Gastroenterologist on Hemorrhoids

I have been having hemorrhoids for about one year. I have never noticed any bleeding. Most of the hemorrhoidal tissue usually remains inside, but a small portion comes out and remains outside after a bowel movement. I mainly experience mild irritation and sometimes pain, especially after passing stool. I also have constipation, which sometimes makes the symptoms worse.
