Thanks for the Question. This LFTs and PCR report indicates that no Treatment is required at present, only monitoring needed. But Ultrasound abdomen is important.Better get Ultrasound Abdomen done and consult your physician.

Your reports favour chronicity but pcr value is very low. To begin treatment what we need is either liver biopsy or fibroscan liver. Please go for fibroscan . Once done then see me.

salam sir i visited you at doctor hospital few months ago, i have gerd , gas, weight loss, abdominal pain, diarrhea and persistent stomach infection every month , for 8 months
you suggest me some test that i have done
lft : normal
h pylori : negative
celiac disease : negative
stool test : normal but occasionally wbc
what do next before your appointment? any test ?
