Asking for Father, Male, 60 years old, Islamabad
Aoa! My father is a patient of Hepatitis C. Doctor has prescribed him tablet Viktana. I want to ask is it normal to feel nauseous and heaviness after taking tablet? Secondly is it okay to start this medicine in summer season as it increases body temperature. P.S He is heart and sugar patient as well.
Yes it is normal to get Nausea after it
It can cause palpitation so water intake should be increased and caution should be taken
These are minor side effects and should not stop him from taking the medication. Summers or winters has got nothing to do with this medicine. Don't over think and make sure that it's taken with out any breaks.
