Hello Dear. Well the reports are within normal limits. But liver function tests often come normal or subtle deranged unless advanced disease. Your HCV PCR is still positive which suggest failure of the previous treatment. I want you to tell me what medications you have taken previously and for how much duration? Also I want you to get a fibroscan of you liver to tell how much damage has already ovcured.

Ok. so Please get fibroscan of the liver. It will tell us the amount of damage this infection has caused to liver. Based on fibroscan findings I can recommend you the treatment. With treatment chance of elimination of virus is 90 to 95%.

Available labs show signs of advance disease, However, for complete assessment of liver status you need to get CBC, INR and an ultrasound of liver. Fibroscan is another option if these labs are inconclusive.
As there is evidence of HCV recurrence by PCR you need treatment for HCV.
