Talk to Gastroenterologist on Hepatitis C Viral Load Study In CABG Patient

Asking for Father, Male, 62 years old, Depalpur, Okara

Aslam o Alikum. My father's goes through CABG 10 months back. His weakness is increasing dayby day. Blood reports indicate HCV positive. PCR quantitative report is attached. which says virus less then 21.0 ul/ml are detected bigger one not detected. Heart position is also crucial even after cabg. EF is 25% only. please suggest me what should i do related to hcv problem accordingto the PCR reports. Thanks
