Asking for Husband, Male, 32 years old, Lahore
AOA. 2 weeks ago my husband got to heavy vomiting and body pain,we took him to a gastroenterologist. He advised to take rest and eat healthy. no spices no meat no dairy. we followed the same. he only gave two medicines. Motilium and espra. after two weeks. these are the test reports improvement. kindly check it. and help me. how can he get rid of this disease. or tell me about he condition. is something serious. i am attaching his reports.

Assalam o Alaikum, hope your patient is now improving, considering the reports its improving, by enlarge its a self limiting disease, no need to check for anti HEV IgM test. take medicine if symptoms are thereother wise no need for any medication. it will settled at its own. take complete bed rest till the normalization of LFTS.
