Talk to Gastroenterologist on Hepatologist

My mother is suffering from hepatitis C this is her 6 month using these medicines. She is having mouth sore and itching in whole body.they are there before the treatment as well. Are these due to hepatitis? Or she is not get cured with medicines for mouth n itching? What should we do?
