Talk to Gastroenterologist on Hernia After Csec
Asking for Self, Female, 33 years old, Lahore
I delivered twins baby boys on 27 sep 2024. It was my 2nd csec. 1st csec was don on July 2nd csec I had pain in my abdomen muscles when I visit doc she told me that hernia is developed due to twin pregnancy. Now plz guide me what's the treatment.

first use abdominal bellet n dun use excessive weight than share ur scan report how much is hernia is it need surgery or modification of LYF style

yes avoid wait lifting excessive work stair not use zyed jhukn nhn Hy use fruit n salads avoid constipation

this is likely incisional hernia. you need to avoid straining and lifting excessive weight, also wear an abdominal belt for support and compression effect at the site of hernia. get an ultrasound done and visit near surgeon for further management
go for yoga sessions nearest to you as soon as possible because it is just the start of herniation...
the hernia is surely not so rigid
you can get rid of it but have to work hard at least for three months.
