Talk to Gastroenterologist on HPylori Positive ERD Burningin Stomach Painful White Tongue

I was hpylori positive did 2 weeks course of antibiotics ,previous history of ibs(irritablebowel) but no relief in burning stomach and mouth .settled for some days .used ppis .nexum norelief then dr gave vociniyi 20mg partial relief but now same . most problem is mouth specially tongue white and tip red and minor cuts in middle .difficult to eat .in the morning mouth taste bitterand tongue feel hard in middle .tongue picture attached . kindly suggest what to do
