Talk to Gastroenterologist on HPylori Positive , White Tongue

i was hpylori positive three months back .did antibiotic course two weeks but burning in stomach didnt stop for two months .but now settle somehow with vocitini tablet 2o mg which dr gave for one month but it comes again sometime. my problem is that i have white tongue with minor cuts and burning and it goes on and off continously . dr is saying its acid coming in mouth .morover iwas patient of IBS for last 9 years. but the tongue bothers me alot my symptoms donot clear. kindly help what to do . i am attching picture of tongue.
