my gastroenterologist doesn't make blood at all nor am i hungry i'm too weak not even able to walk If I go to the doctor then see in Dubai and send it back The doctor is not even aware of my illness

I have had stomach problem for 5 years. I have been taking tablets for 5 years but no difference. I have checked many doctors in Muzaffarabad but I do not understand the disease. I am sick, now the blood is gone I have become very weak. I walk five steps. I get tired. If I want to do any work, I can't do it. I go to the doctors. I don't understand. I have just reached the last stage. The doctors take my fee for the test and send it back and I don't care about the world. I am a poor man. Whatever I earn, I have to give to the doctors. I don't earn that much. As much as I have to pay to the doctors and my disease is not getting clear. A good doctor please Guide me who understands my illness. I am willing to pay whatever fee I can and I will pray for the rest of my life.
