Talk to Gastroenterologist on I Have Done Endoscopy Result Attached

I have had GERD and pain in the left upper abdomen near the ribcage. I also have indigestion. I was tested positive for H. Pylori, and took 14 days two antibiotics treatment twice. I have this problem from 1 year. I have done endoscopy. All results are attached. My doctor took a sample from my stomach for celiac disease. It was negative. My doctor also recommended (tTg-IgA) test. It was also negative. I still have indigestion, gerd and sharp pain in left side upper abdomen. So I decided to my own research. I came to the conclusion that I may have Autoimmune Gastritis as I am anemic. Kindly tell me whether I have Autoimmune Gastritis or not.
