You can get stool tests done , but the will only help support diagnosis, confirmation is colonoscopy and biopsy. Yiu can get these done before cbc, ESR , lfts , uric acid , stool c/e , stool for calprotectin

Yes it was negative , dr confuse between ibd or ibs some dr says its ibs some says ibd soo I want to do all that test which are useful in diagnosing ibs and ibd

I guess you need proper gastroenterology evaluation. As both are different in presentation... so treatment plan is different
