Talk to Gastroenterologist on IBS And Acidity

Hi.. actually my gastro gave me IB CALM, spasfon thrice a day and risek 80mg for ibs and gastric issues along with severe acidity. However I was feeling quite drowsy with spasfon for some reason. Checked the side effects and it said drowsiness is one of the side effects so I called my doctor and asked him if I could take mebeverine MR which he had given before instead of spasfon and if I could take it with IB calm( both are given twice a day) and although I think he said yes but I am not too sure about it for some reason. Is it safe to take this combination? Risek 40mg twice A day, ulsanic twice a day for 5 days, mebeverine MR twice a day and IB CALM twice a day. Attaching a picture below of IB calm.
