Asking for Self, Male, 20 years old, Lahore

I am facing many problems related to my digestive tract from last 2 years. After some research on internet, I found that I have all the symptoms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). I feel that I have severe inflammation somewhere in my intestines. My symptoms are: severe weight loss (gone to 52 from 65) irregular sticky stools (half stool is of yellow color and half of dark brown) blood spots in stool (once or twice in weeks) dark urine (urine infection according to urine report) severe weakness malabsorption (eat enough food) stomach cramping and bloating skin disorders (eye inflammation, dryness , dandruff , hairfall) feel like water is not being absorbed by the body .... I have visited many doctors but it didn't help. I have been checked by a Hakeem who checks by wrist only and tells us our internal problems. According to him, I have swelling in stomach and large intestine. I have urine infection. I have inflammation.... I have done my urine test, blood test (cbc), TSH
