Talk to Gastroenterologist on Intestinal Related

sir i have done everything even i took medicines from specialized doctors but my situation is getting worst day by day i'm facing different kinds of bowel movements my bowel movement changes after 2 to 3 days sometimes there is constipation or pencil stools and sometimes i do face very little amount of stools something like little pebbles now i'm facing severe diarrhea and a large amount of water has been eliminated from my body i don't know what to do.......... this illness is driving me towards death sharply
