Aoa ma'am, I wanted to take know regarding my brother. He has IBS diarhhea dominant for the past 10years. His colonoscopy stool culture everything is normal. He suffers from chronic fatigue syndrome because of IBS. He has been taking meds since forever. He took colofac , librax, debridat(trimebutamine) and mebver Mr coenzymeQ, ITP hydrochloride to control the symptoms. Debridat was the most effective for him but now he is not responding well to it too. He takes imodium whenever symptoms are severe other than that every meds is ineffective. he passes stool once a day which is semi solid in consistency. there is no history of abdominal pain or tenesmus or bloody diarrhea. he has never had complain of nausea. he just suffers from chronic fatigue syndrome after he passes his stool. his weight is 56kg and he is 32years old.
